At illuminatED Coschool, middle school (MS)** and high school (HS)*** courses run for the full year except for Math Lab (registration per semester) and Friday electives (half-year courses). Elementary (upper and lower)* are 10-week semester courses in fall and 12-week courses in spring. Discounts: There will be an automatically applied 10% discount for families that enroll in Middle School language arts, science and social studies together, and families that enroll in 3 high school classes. This will automatically be applied. If it does not get automatically applied, it will be refunded to you when the order is confirmed.

*Elementary – Lower (ages 6-8) & Upper (ages 8/9-10/11) level classes meet for 10 weeks in the fall semester and 12 weeks in the spring semester
**Middle school (ages 11-13/14) level classes meet for 26 weeks over the course of the school year. Middle school classes should expect to have 1-2 hours of work at home between classes.
***High school core classes meet for 32 weeks over the course of the school year. High school classes should expect to have approximately 2 hours of work at home between classes and are fully transcriptable as one credit. High school elective classes meet for 16 weeks each semester – changing mid-year. High school electives should expect to have approximately 2 hours of work at home between classes and are fully transcriptable as a half-credit.
Middle School Science Olympiad These are STUDENT meetings and will be weekly for the Fall 2023 semester and may drop to bi-weekly in spring depending on how the team is functioning. Please plan for weekly for the spring (through early March 2023). PARENT meetings happen once every 2-3 weeks in the fall and at least once/month in Spring on Friday evenings.
